Exchange and Return Policy – Chronos & Co.

Return Policy

Order Cancellation

If you made a purchase through the website www.chronoseco.com, received the product in perfect condition, but are still unhappy with your purchase, you can request a cancellation through our Customer Service Center at chronosco.store@gmail.com.

Timeframe for Order Cancellation

As stated by consumer protection laws, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to register their cancellation request.

Important: The right to cancel is a period for reflection. It is designed to protect consumers from aggressive sales practices and the lack of physical inspection of the product. However, this reflection period does not imply the ability to test the product.

The cancellation request must be communicated immediately to the service provider. The product must be returned via postal service to the sender’s address provided by our support team. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all manuals. The product must include the proof of purchase. The product must show no signs of use.

Note: Products sent outside these specifications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Refund Process

Refunds for credit card purchases may take up to two billing cycles to appear. Refunds are processed only after the product is received and its condition is analyzed at our Distribution Center. The product must show no signs of use.

Note: Any intent to cancel must be communicated to our Customer Service Center before the product is shipped. A letter must accompany the returned product explaining the reason for cancellation. Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Clothing and Footwear

We do not exchange products due to improper sizing. We provide measurements in centimeters to ensure the correct size is selected. According to consumer protection laws, there is no legal obligation for the store to exchange products due to dissatisfaction with the color, size, model, or similar reasons. Exchanges are only allowed for defective products.

Defective Products

Product with Manufacturing Defects

Products sold through the Chronos & Co. website are covered by a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

How to Request Evaluation for Manufacturing Defects

The product must be returned via postal service to the address listed on the purchase label. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The customer must include the proof of purchase with the product. The customer must provide a written description of the alleged defect, explaining how the product was used, the frequency of use, etc.

Note: Products sent outside these specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will be returned to the sender.

Product Defect Analysis

Defect evaluations are conducted by our suppliers, who will provide the final report regarding the exchange request. The average timeframe for conclusion is 15 business days after receiving the product.

Favorable Defect Report

The customer will receive a replacement product at their original shipping address at no additional cost. If the same model is unavailable, the customer will be informed and can select another product from the website, respecting the credit limit. If there is a price difference between the selected product and the defective product, the customer must pay the difference.

Unfavorable Defect Report

The product will be returned to the customer with a rejection letter, and no replacement will be provided.

Reasons for Rejection

No defect detected. Signs of improper use. Evidence of accidental damage. Normal wear and tear. Improper washing of the product.

Automatic Order Cancellation by Chronos & Co.

Chronos & Co. reserves the right to automatically cancel orders under the following conditions. Inability to process payment on the provided credit card. Inconsistent information provided in the order. Out-of-stock products.

Refunds Initiated by Chronos & Co.

Refunds will be issued in the following situations. Inability to deliver the product due to incorrect or inaccessible delivery addresses. In such cases, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center, and the refund will exclude shipping costs. If the purchased product is unavailable due to stock issues, the customer will be refunded through the original payment method used for the purchase. The customer will be informed of the situation.
